3. Product Use and Hygiene Standards
Big Eye specializes in men’s innerwear. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge:
Products are for personal use only.
Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear is non-returnable, unless proven defective or incorrect.
You must not misuse or tamper with any product purchased from our website.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.
Prices may vary based on promotions or offers.
Availability is subject to stock levels and may change without prior notice.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline the order at our discretion.
Once placed, orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
We may cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to logistical constraints.
Shipping costs and timelines are provided at checkout.
Big Eye is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.
6A. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take utmost care in dispatching your orders, Big Eye is not liable for any loss or damage during transit once the order has been handed over to our courier partners.
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, the responsibility lies with the courier company.
Customers must notify us immediately at care@bigeyelifestyle.com or on WhatsApp +91-9433644866 with relevant order details.
Our team will coordinate with the courier service provider to resolve the issue, file claims if applicable, and keep the customer informed of the progress.
Refunds or reshipments, if applicable, will be initiated only after we receive formal confirmation from the courier partner regarding the status of the shipment.
7. Returns & Exchanges

Innerwear is strictly non-returnable if used or washed, as per hygiene regulations.
In first-time bundle purchases, only unsealed, unused, and unwashed items may be returned or exchanged. The first opened item is non-returnable under any circumstances.
Size-related return or exchange is allowed only on the first purchase, and only for unused items.
All returns must include original tags and packaging.
Customers may either:
Arrange return shipping themselves, or
Opt for Big Eye’s reverse pickup service, which will incur a ₹80 deduction from the refund.
Returns for defective or incorrectly shipped items are fully covered by Big Eye — no return shipping charges will apply.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is the property of Big Eye or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Conduct
