Shipping & Cancellation Policy

This Shipping & Cancellation Policy governs all orders placed on www.bigeyelifestyle.com, the official online store of Big Eye, operated by Badal Hosiery. By shopping with us, you agree to the following shipping timelines, charges, and order cancellation terms.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours.
Working hours are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
In rare cases (natural disasters, lockdowns, technical delays), order processing might be delayed. Customers will be notified promptly via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is applicable on all prepaid orders above ₹499 (net cart value after discounts).
Orders with a cart value of ₹499 or less will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹60, added during checkout.
3. Shipping Partners
We dispatch all orders through reputed and reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post, based on service availability.
All shipments are assigned a tracking number and customers will receive tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
4. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Metro Cities: 2–4 days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 days
Remote or rural areas: 5–7 days
Delays due to force majeure, festivals, or logistics breakdowns may occasionally occur, and Big Eye is not liable for such unforeseen delays.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Important:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched from our warehouse.
In such cases, customers may contact support for post-shipping resolution options (if applicable).
6. Cancellation by Big Eye
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of discounts
Stock unavailability
Technical errors in pricing or product listing
Inability to deliver to your address due to courier restrictions
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
