Return Policy
Eligibility for Return
Due to hygiene and safety standards, innerwear items are strictly non-returnable unless they fall under the following exceptions:
Defective product received
Wrong product delivered
Unused, unwashed, and unsealed items in a first-time bundle purchase
First Purchase Policy
If you’re purchasing from us for the first time and you’ve ordered a bundle pack, you may return or exchange only the unsealed, unused, unwashed items in the pack.
The first tried/used item is strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.
Refund will be issued after deducting the value of the used item and ₹80 reverse shipping/handling fee.
Tags and original packaging must be intact.

Exchange Policy
We provide exchanges under the following conditions:
Only the unsealed, unused items in the first order are eligible.
Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Charges for Exchange
Customers bear the shipping cost for size issues or voluntary returns.
You may:
Ship the item yourself, or
Opt for Big Eye’s reverse pickup at a flat ₹80 deduction.

Refund Policy
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection. Refunds are processed only if the item meets all policy conditions.

Only unused, unsealed items from your first purchase are eligible. The used item in the bundle is non-returnable.
